Thank you so much for your interest in ¡Salud! Festival - Palmy’s first and only food + spirits festival where we will be showcasing boutique distilleries, breweries and beverage producers from across the Manawatū + across NZ.

Time: 12pm - 7pm
Location: Gate 2 - Central Energy Trust Arena, Palmerston North
Site Size + Pricing:
Alcohol Vendors / On-site bar (Outdoor - 3m x 3m) - $200 + GST + vendor turnover split of 25% festival/75% vendor (includes site space and 1x EFTPOS terminal)
Food Trucks (Outdoor - 3m x 3m) $300 + GST
Terms:
To confirm your spot please confirm your attendance by 1st May 2026. Upon confirmation will be required to sign a vendor agreement and site fee will be payable by 30th May - details of which will be provided with notification of inclusion
Responses from vendors must be received by dates detailed above. All sites are outdoors and we are aiming for a 100% outdoor festival in 2026 so please prepare accordingly. Vendor response will be confirmed by email after the closing date.
Sites cannot be shared or sublet without the organisers knowledge and approval.
Stallholders subject to food &/or liquor licensing are responsible for providing and displaying relevant permits.
