Swift Wines are new generation classics — mindfully grown & mindfully made to inspire conversation & connection. They make vibrant, expressive, thought-provoking wines that make life more fun. (In other words, not your Great Aunt Jenny's sauvs).
Crowned the inaugural ‘NZ’s Young Winemaker of the Year’ at just 25, Lauren Swift has spent the majority of her life obsessing over grapes in their various forms. Growing up on an orchard in Marlborough, her first job was learning the fundamentals of grape growing (and picking — there was lots of picking) on a neighbouring vineyard. Swift Wines are the makers of modern classics. Fun, vibrant, expressive wines for everyday celebrations.

Dabblers all started with a couple of beverage enthusiasts wanting to make a gin they wanted to drink. Adrian and Samuel started to dabble in distilling a few years ago with the ambition of making the most creative gin in New Zealand. Both having studied Food Technology and with over two decades of industry experience between them, they went about experimenting with different techniques and ingredients.
After a couple of years of creative testing (and plenty of tasting!), they developed their infusion process that enhances all that Mother Nature has provided us with, to make a new wave of flavoured gin. They thought their gin was too good not to share (or at least that is what their mum's told them), so here they are with a range of tipples to experiment with and Dabble in

Crack one open and let it take you back for a minute - to the simpler days. When a drink was just that - simple. This isn’t a wellness tonic, it’s an old school lemonade. Made from real lemon, real sugar and full of flavour. Nothing fancy. Just cold, sharp, honest.
Roger That isn’t some big corporate drinks company. They’re local, family-owned and operated. Started around real conversations and built by people who believe hard work deserves something cold at the end of the day. They’re proud to make something that tastes clean, feels honest, and holds its own in the fridge.

Blush started in 2017 with two mates, Chris and Elliot, a shared love of great drinks, and a lot of experimentation. Chris, an engineering professional with a decade of pub experience in London, brought the technical expertise, while Elliot, a culinary mastermind, brought an endless passion for flavour and spirit infusions.
What began with small-batch spirit infusions and countless kitchen trials eventually became one of New Zealand's most recognisable flavoured gin brands. In fact, the very first batch of Blush was made in a 500ml jam jar.
As the business grew, so did our ambitions. What started as Blush Gin evolved into Blush Merchants, allowing us to expand beyond gin and create new brands, new flavours, and new experiences. Today, the Blush Merchants family includes Blush Gin, Weekender Gin, Russell Rum, and whatever we're dreaming up next.
Although Elliot has since moved on to pursue a career in hospitality, the heart of the business remains unchanged: creating spirits that are approachable, flavour-forward, and made to be enjoyed with good company.
Based in our warehouse in Albany, Auckland, we're a small team that wears a lot of hats. From developing new products and packing orders to pouring tastings at events around the country, we're hands-on in every part of the business.
We're passionate about making great spirits, but we're not interested in taking ourselves too seriously. We believe premium drinks should be fun, accessible, and made for sharing.

We only grow heritage apple and pear cultivars specific for their use in cider production.
They differ in bitterness or dryness of flavour. We have many different varieties, with names like Slack Ma Girdle, Knotted Kernel, Bisquet, Brown Snout, Kingston Black.
They are not the easiest to grow, generally not the nicest to eat, can set poor crops and ripen at vastly different times. Not many people making cider use these apples.
However, they make great cider

Premium Kiwi spirits with nothing to hide. After years spent home brewing, starting a small batch distillery was always a dream for high-performance motor mechanic and award-winning distiller Vaughan Campbell. But a leukaemia diagnosis was the kick he needed to follow his dream, to leave a legacy his kids could be proud of.
Inspired by a news article, Vaughan set his sights on reducing food wastage. Only a short few years, and an award winning competition entry later, Good Bones Distillery is now set on its course to converting New Zealands food waste into high quality, double distilled, premium Vodka.

It all began when in May 2021 we fell in love with a house just outside of Whanganui/New Zealand and decided to relocate from windy Wellington. The house, as it happened, came with two sizeable pear orchards, and that's when people started asking us: What are you going to do with all the pears?
Turns out, the answer was: gin. Fast forward a year and we're running a craft gin distillery in Upokongaro, on the banks of the Whanganui river.
We're passionate about sourcing as many botanicals as we can locally and try to stay close to home: we use pears, kawakawa, lemon, lime, figs, quince, basil, rose hip, stinging nettle and rosemary all of which are growing right behind our house. We love to connect a creative product to the environment it was created in.
Our signature Orchard gin emulates the fertile land of the Papaiti flats, the orchards that frame our home, and the native bush on the banks of the Whanganui river.

After spending the last 13 years working in cocktail bars in Dublin, Sydney, Melbourne, London, Wellington , founder and bartender Dave settled here in Auckland. “I wanted to bring the high end hospitality experience that I've been accustomed to direct to customers here in New Zealand with a mobile service.
Our approach is, we're serious about cocktails and even more serious about having fun. We've been through the good, the bad and the ugly, figured out what works, sprinkled a little magic on it and created Good Spirits. Our team are passionate about making cocktails, flavour experimentation, garnish aesthetics and making sure everyone has a great time, that's the ethos. We make the drinks, you enjoy yourself. Simple. We hire the best so you have the best time.
Cheers, see you at the bar.”
